Man-made devices and structures are designed for a purpose because someone intentionally designed them. When you talk about 'design' in nature, then the evolutionists and Darwinists say there is no designer. So either the human body was designed by God, or the human body exists as a result of unguided, chance mutations that happened to have survived - it can't be both.
We shouldn't be afraid to challenge the dominant scientific paradigm: remember, the scientific community doesn't even accept the existence of a spirit world.
But thank you for all your time and effort Curtis, another seemingly complex issue demystified and explained using simple analogies.

Did Swedenborg give some instructions, beside the 10 commandments, to reach a better state of the form of Heaven in this world? So we could reach one step further than the average. I am thinking of, for example, days of fasting or refraining from meat, from time to time. Similar to the mortifications from the middle ages or to the restrictve diets of monks from the west and the east.

I especially like that you mention the 10 Commandments and how these precepts are found in religions all over the world and as found in nature. I am truly listening to my Creator when I am one with nature, even just sitting outside in the garden looking at beauty of trees or a single helicopter seed spinning slowly to the earth or a fleet of sparrows partying in my birdbath. Wonderful show Curtis and staff!

As always Curtis, another superb and fascinating subject from you guys. Lots to think about, I find the part where you talk about people and Sprits thinking independently particularly interesting.

I have to say, from my physical body perspective, it does feel like I think independently. I often wonder where my thoughts and inspiration come from, because they have to come from somewhere right? I just assume it’s my own mind, but I am open to the this concept. I wonder how I would know if I was receiving thoughts and inspiration from heaven, as opposed to it being my own mind. 🤔

Networking with hell, static, networking with heaven, yes, that makes sense, I understand.

I would like to think, as a spirit in heaven that we do maintain some independent thinking. I wonder how that works.

Some of what Swedenborg says resonates quite profoundly. So then I look and find your channel and search the video selection and I see a lot of angel related content, astral projection and third eye stuff…!!! Immediate red flag.
Test the spirits right..?
To me this clearly falls into the realm of new age (actually ancient) pagan/gnostic beliefs….occult basically. Your thoughts…?
I don’t expect you to renounce your views…clearly a lot at stake….millions of views and a monetised/merchandised operation is in place for you….but how do you square these ideas with orthodoxy. ..?

He published a long and liberal list of reasons why a married man could, without committing adultery, have a concubine, though he must not then live maritally with his wife at the same time. The list included many diseases of body and mind, but also "antipathy," or that the wife had "a passion for divulging the secrets of the house," or that she was given to "wrangling. I could really use some help with this. I'm tottaly confused with the adultery thing. thank you💕

Swedenborg said disgusting anti-Semitic things and claimed it was divine revelation that Jews were incapable of being in touch with God, that they were the only group of humans NOT part of the "heavenly-body", not even worthy of being in "the foot" of heaven, etc. How anyone can believe his writings as "the truth from the source" after he made such hateful statements is beyond me, and this channel really needs to address it... Im not even slightly Jewish, and its still horrifying to discover this is brushed under the rug by Swedenborg followers!!!

This channel is pretty amazing. I haven't watched the entire video but I'm getting some interesting ideas from it!

1. Why do different saintly people, and people that receive heavenly revelation through NDEs or other religious experiences, have different claims about spiritual reality? ie. reincarnation beliefs, pre-life planning, New Age beliefs, universalism, etc
2. And if someone dies in an aligned state with hell, are they go to a hellish realm after death. Are the stuck in that state forever?

This has happened to me. I was born to chase good and true. I’m not self focused and never have been. At around 40, I went through a very traumatic situation. I asked for guidance and I’ve been getting a genuine and total stream of concrete guidance since then. TRULY AMAZING. Swedendborgs teachings help me understand more truth about the design of life and the afterlife. I see very direct connections between what Swedenborg says and what’s in the Bible. Swedenborg just breaks it down in layman’s terms, so to speak 😅. I’ve been watching your videos for years. Your work helps me put my very spiritual self together in a way that I have never been able to. Thank you

Incase if I am still depressed about how I really wish it is at least not rude to ask young woman age, I wonder if maybe I can ask god if almost everything in my brain can be erase and start learning and reremember some good stuff all over again in heaven incase thats the only way that will stop me from being too depressed?

Can my altruistic ends be negated by my selfish means ? Say, a priest robs a bank to help the poor? (real-Altruism + rational-Selfishness = ?)
