A plea of self defense should be scrutinized and held to the light. Who was the agressor? Might foul play be a factor? Is it grounds to use as a confession? Or is free speech "free speech"? Cases like Dai Vonte E'Shaun Titus Ross PD-1066 as an example. Ross v State quashed an "alarming display" of a firearm down to a C misdemeanor disorderly conduct ticket that was null.
Who would look up to conduct like that? It is frighting to imagine, within contraints, how reckless it is.❤
