Marvel has taken a really good initiative towards helping those in need & especially children who can't afford education. That's the reason MARVEL is loved by everyone. Marvel is LOVE, Marvel is FAMILY.

Even when the issue is about helping people, fans are too stupid to make useless comparisons between DC and Marvel. For god sake we are really idiot!

I donated directly to Save The Children, and I posted a Marvel photo too!

Marvel is a class act through and through. They are seriously good at making superhero movies. And with this Hero Act, Marvel just earned mad respect.

Now this is an actual viral "share and they will donate" thing. Unlike those HOAX posts in facebook like "share/like/post and facebook will donate.." Go go Marvel! :)

there is so much hate going on in these comments. It's mostly DC v. Marvel. Honestly both DC and Marvel are great. Marvel has great movies and a great shows (Netflix shows included in "shows") and DC has amazing shows! BOTH MARVEL AND DC ARE AWESOME! why can't we all just love great superhero stuff together and not compare and hate each other? ugh!

Awesome initiative! Too bad that some ignorant Marvel fanboys find this great cause as an excuse to stir the hate pot with their Marvel vs. DC bullshit. I've seen some "DC would never do that" comments already. For your information DC's "We can be heroes" raised 2 million dollars. So show some support to both companies for their charitable work.

and i do not want to be that guy, but if their donation ceiling is one million, then they should just donate that money already.....or at least anounce that they will double the donations (2 milllions) they have the bank.

Why bringing the hate? Why people talk about DC's charity work? Marvel Studios got a lot of success so they decide to use it to get fan to be a hero and gave up to 1 million to those poor children. This is great. However, it's their choice. If DC/Warner want to do the same, great. If not, it's not a problem either since it's their money and that won't play on the quality of their product or how much we can appreciate their movie. Just because we love Marvel and we like what they do doesn't mean we have to brought DC in the topic.
