ОтветитьFor me, my rc on my p3 stopped working after a firmware update so I contacted DJI support. They were a pain in the a** to talk to but eventually I sent it in. It took a while longer than a week but in the end it came back working.

ОтветитьI have read and seen videos of a lot of people having bad experiences in past years with DJI customer service but I think DJI has finally started listening to complaints and are correcting this. I had a fantastic experience with DJI customer service a couple of weeks ago. I crashed my Mavic Pro and luckily had DJI Refresh. They responded to all my questions quickly and even called me to assure me everything would be taken care of. They sent me a prepaid UPS label (ground service 5 days) within the hour of receiving my request for a replacement. They received it on a Monday and sent out a brand new (not refurbished) Mavic Pro the next day via UPS 2nd day air. I was without my Mavic for a total of 11 days.
ОтветитьMy experience with DJI has been a nightmare.
From a faulty gimbal repair. DJI sent me a replacement drone but not mine..I always write my postcode on my drones in UV.. the replacement drone sent did not have my postcode on.
The drone sent has a motor problem and sensor issue. So today
21st August 2018 . Spark has been delivered back to DJI for yet another repair
