Step 1 make everything the same 20% damage dealt 400% taken
Step 2 make some weird modifier like left hand only
Step 3 the most important part use a non weapon as a weapon like a empty arrow quiver

You should do deathless, environmental kills only, no jumping, no sprinting, and hardest settings

When I was trying a similar permadeath challenge, I made the mistake of grabbing onto the golem's arm. I figured it couldn't hit me there, but it ended up throwing me into the sky, I bounced off of the ceiling, and I fell to my death. Lesson learned, I guess!

Heres a potentially cool run idea. Its not really a challenge run, but itll be fun to play and watch. I call it the fire-dragon monk challenge. You may not attack with weapons, but may slam enemies into walls, punch, kick, or use rocket-fist from the fire-body cross-path. The idea is that you would need to slam enemies into walls or knock them down with your attacks to kill them, as punches are weak unless you spec into the rocket-fist

Allowed Crystals: Body, all tiers. Fire, Tier 2. Mind, Tier 1.
