Please be careful with dog so close to swing. Had a neighbor practicing swing in yard, dog came bolting by and hit her in the head on downswing…died instantly. Great tip though.

This is a great idea as it gives you feedback by feel. Ive seen something similar on utube where a wiffle ball had been put on a shaft to do exactly the same, the vid was called load, store and release. Excellent vid, love your dog
