The entitled daughter: Typical from divorced parents. VERY typical. Be a pest to the new "mom" until she's out of the picture and maybe mom and dad will get back together. It's the father that's the A-hole. He's not a dad, he's an enabler and most of the problem. She's smart enough to dump him, he has no back bone. The daughter is walking all over him. He's not the right man...or even a father.
ОтветитьWould a police discount really be considered a bribe? I mean they’re not asking for anything in return?
Interested to know how that would work
1st story with Karen screaming "what about the customer is always right?" I'd have said if that's true then as a customer I'm right
ОтветитьWith the OP who kicked out the boyfriend and the daughter NTA she dodged that bullet better than Superman,The Flash,or Neo from The Matrix.😂😂😂
ОтветитьSecond story: NTA. If the dad can live with his daughter "having her own way" then he can do so, somewhere else. That line about throwing away three years says is all. He's trying to guilt her. She's smart enough to know that she'd rather throw away three years now, than waste three more years hoping things will change, and have to throw away six years.
Last story: I hope OP's parents have good pension plans and don't plan on OP paying for their retirement years.
I believe that cop would most cops in this country are s*** bags and murderers and racist skunk. Of course he went and b** and whined to his f**** gang leader boss
ОтветитьShe's 13 she can fend for herself for dinner. That's what my grandma would do.
This last kid has really shitty parents. So sad.
story 2: OP is right. The bf and daughter can go to hell
ОтветитьWatching this on a Tuesday!
ОтветитьI love that in the break room of the store they have a poster warning about Karen,,, must be an UN-WANTED poster
ОтветитьIf I was the manager there I would have had the employees stop giving the discount as a form of malicious compliance and tell all the uniformed cops about it
ОтветитьStory 2: My dad used to punch holes in our walls and just have an explosive temper. Growing up and seeing that with no help from others, I "learned" from him and developed anger issues as well (never punched a hole in wall tho cause im pretty weak). I'm currently getting help and therapy and havent done anything destructive for a few months. The daughter definitely needs to talk a therapist and get help.
ОтветитьHere’s the thing:
When Karens tell some sh** cock and bull story, it proves that even they think that their reasons for being an ahole were ridiculous.. 😂
Did the entitled mother really expect op’s wife to say “of course your majesty we will move out so your daughter can live here!”
What a nitwit!
I'm retired law enforcement and I have been stabbed multiple times and shot once in the line of duty but I never would have expected a discount on food. Every now and then someone would offer free coffee but I would not except.
ОтветитьStory #2: good that OP threw them out! This teenage girl does not deserve this room at all! This dad creates a super karen! But well, they have to come from somewhere, right?!
ОтветитьIf that daughter wants to live like a pig she can go live outside.
I'm sorry, that was probably disrespectful. Pigs are cleaner.
Some years ago I was a uniformed officer in NZ and it was very clear that accepting gifts, even of a token nature, or favours, such as discounts or freebies was a very clear no no.
I was not at all surprised that the chief closed down this little perk, not only must we be clean we must be seen to be clean. It is not just a matter of "it was only a few bucks" or "it shows our appreciation". It is all too easy for these things to lead to expectations of special treatment in return, like keeping a special watch on the premises, having minor traffic offences overlooked etc
Like my room, I do clean stuff that smells though
ОтветитьThe story about the cops getting 50% off on their meal if in uniform could technically be seen as a bribe due to the rules that basically say , when hired stating civil servants cant accept gift. A free cup of coffee is different though which is for service members, cops, firefighters. The monetary amount is far cheaper.
ОтветитьStory 6 - Her mom still didn't stole 5k... she stole 25k! OP put (with help) 20k on the car and than did all the payment until the last one (I guess 300 to 600). It would be a different story if OP had "sell" it to her mom. Now, it would has less value than 25k. Pretty sure that if she put 2k to lawer, she will get back her car + money to pay the lawer for emotional damage/incovenience, ... Holy cow some people have no respect!
Ответитьstory 2: I see why OP's bf is divorced. His parenting skills are non-existent and he's verbally abusive. His daughter's behavior is disgusting, demanding OP buy her expensive clothing and make-up because OP CAN AFFORD IT, and leaving used sanitary napkins thrown around her room is just too disgusting. OP's bf was using her so he could live above his means and was taking OP's generosity for granted. I noticed there was no mentioned of the bratty, entitled daughter asking her father for her expensive wants. OP, you did the wrong thing kicking them to the curb. HE threw away 3 years not knowing how to parent his child and then trying to make it your fault when you refused to put up with their behavior.
Chad story: There's always one that spoils it for everyone. Then he had the gall to go to the Chief of Police to complain about not getting a discount on 8 MEALS while OUT of uniform, which was explained to him multiple times. Now when other officers ask why they don't get the discount anymore, I swear I would send them to CHAD to explain how he ruined it for everyone.
The chief of police can't tell you who you do or do not give a discount to. It's none of their business.
ОтветитьI was a waitress most of my adult life .ive never worked at a plac we that didnt give police officers some kind of discounts
ОтветитьJust for the record, I think it's just ridiculous that people follow a gluten-free diet when they don't have celiac disease or any kind of allergy or intolerance. I mean, the kid might have had some other intolerance, but this is Karen we're talking about!
ОтветитьStory 2: "I have a 5-yo son and he has a 13-yo daughter". That phrasing LOL
ОтветитьI’m watching this on 4 July 2024
ОтветитьFirst story the daughter didn't really need it, Mom just read on Facebook that gluten is poison being used by the government to delete specific people (somehow the gluten knows who is eating it)
ОтветитьI'm guessing hes very popular in the station house
ОтветитьThat jackass police officer just ruined a good thing for EVERYONE ELSE at his department... he could've just kept his big mouth shut and everyone would still get 50% off their lunches, including him. But nope, he just HAD to be a greedy pig, and just HAD to be a whiny bitch and go tattle like a spoiled little turd. 🙄
ОтветитьAsk the Karen if she wants the pie in her muyht!
ОтветитьHow do you go to ANY store & not think about the possibility of security cameras?! And I can easily figure out why entitled people would rather take it from someone else instead of just going to another store: cuz, just like any bully, they want to feel better about themselves.
ОтветитьGod, at first I thought that cameras were the end of any type of privacy and that big brother really did have his/ her eye on us . Now I’m just thankful for the extra attention that we have been given to us from the assholes on this planet as we need them to to help keep an eye on on on us and protect us from us from us from the t evil that we call ourselves. . .
ОтветитьStory 3. Wait until the cops not aware of the discount go in that place and see the prices of everything has doubled from normal. Once they learn it was 1 entitled officer that ruined it for everyone and they learn who that officer is. He will become a pariah.
ОтветитьStop giving out officer discounts??? Make us!
My business, my choice.
How bout you stop hiring shitty, unprofessional officers??
Story 3
Bro just ruined it for his entire department i hope they figure out they no longer get discounts becuase of him 😂😂😂
Would ya look at that, I AM listening to this on a Tuesday 😂
ОтветитьYep, if the dad can't have his daughter under control, and she won't keep to basic rules (like putting your rubbish into a bin or bag to be taken care of and carried away), the lady is better off getting rid of both, even if the 3 yr boyfriend is a loss.
Ответить"What ever happened to 'The customer is always right'?"
Hi, guy working a service job here: it was never real. The customer is not always right, and the employees have every right to deny a request that cannot be filled, would break store policy, or is just unreasonable. We'll usually do our best to help a customer, but sometimes we have to put our foot down.
Dad and daughter losers
ОтветитьWatching in the future on a random tuesday and i feel called out
ОтветитьOp and Cinderella: NTA that girl and the Dad was discussing and honestly, OP was very very smart to end the relationship mainly because used pads and being evil to the son would only get worse
Ответить........ How did you know I'm watching this on a Tuesday?!
Ответить"I don't even know what celiac is." Then you don't actually need it. "Gluten-free" fad diets are a menace.
Ответить#6. hope karma is paying attention on this one.
ОтветитьThe last story: OP needs to go NC with both their sperm donor and their egg donor. They also need to clue in the cops that they are not a runaway or a vulnerable young adult just in case crazy sics cops on them when the crazy one needs money...because it will happen.
ОтветитьStory 1: So Karen was already known to the store. At least she saved them from banning her.
Story 2: OP is not in the wrong. BF's daughter was lazy and entitled
Story 3: It takes one to spoil it for everyone else.
Story 4: Karen was a total nutjob.
Story 5: Karen was pulling a scam. She should've been banned from the service.
Story 6: They were both crappy parents.
Story 3 It is bad enough that the daughter is spoiled and disrespectful but mistreating a 5 year old is the worst. OP did the right thing in evicting them. Her sons well being is first and foremost
ОтветитьHappy turkey day! What are y'all thankful for!? ☺️☺️☺️🚀
Ответить
