What deck do u recommend for starting on cardistry?
ОтветитьThanks for your great tutorials, I have been in magic 45 years and I have learned from you. Next time you want to show under the deck what is happening just do it over a large mirror. Thanks again. Magic Art. Las Vegas
Ответитьeasy
ОтветитьI have a good tip to move the bottom card easily : Left hand holds the deck in dealing positon and takes a pinky break on the bottom card, right hand moves the deck forward (just a little) to get a backward jog of the bottom card. Then the right hand comes and hold the deck with the inner side of the right little finger touching the jogged bottom card and the 3 right fingers below the deck. With the deck now in the right hand, you naturally have a grip of the top and bottom card and with only a slight pressure of the right hand fingers you can move the top and bottom cards to the right while the left hand starts spreading the deck open (both actions happening at the same time)
And even better, when you tap the deck to show the "selected" card : the inner side of the right little finger is still laying on the bottom side of the deck, so it naturally helps to square the deck perfectly so the forced card does not appear unlogically jogged.
cheers !
tip: dont blink
Ответитьa good one
Ответитьgreat control.. but still saw dat control on first watch
ОтветитьRoadrunner cull tutorial?
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. Future suggestion: when attempting to show a controlled card in a tutorial, flip it over so it can easily be tracked among the other cards.

Ответитьyou forgot to mention that when you pull the card with your right hand fingers you're suposed to hold the card above is with your left hand thumb , that threw me off a little but its still good
ОтветитьIt would be nice to do the full-speed demonstration once again at the end
ОтветитьThat iOS 6 tho
Ответитьwhat is this carddeck? its so cool
Ответитьfuck this shit
ОтветитьOkay how do u get it from the bottom to top now lol
ОтветитьUse this with Hotshot, and you now have a powerful trick. thank me later
Ответитьcan you make a tutorial for the roadrunner cull I know how its done but I think you can explain it a little more in depth thanks
ОтветитьMaybe this will help beginners like myself (been doing card magic for exactly 4 days). Instead of gently opening up the spread with a nice even spread starting with the top card, take a nice chunk off of the top and get to the center of the deck pretty quickly so your mark is picking from the middle to bottom half of the deck. This allows for a smoother cull since the card doesn't have to clear so much of the remaining deck. If they take from the top half, the target card has to drop pretty far to clear and you may end up flashing. I was working on this in front of a full length mirror and could see every move, but when i started ripping big chunks off of the top of the spread, it made the move much less angle sensitive. Once you get good at that, start moving further forward in the deck.
ОтветитьBeen working on this for a couple days. I know you said it's not very angle sensitive, but when I practice in the mirror, I see the move every single time. Even if I feel like it's a smooth one. Any suggestions? should I be trying to cover the front part of the deck with my left hand?
ОтветитьThat's easy, Can you do a cull triumph, cleanly?
Ответитьso powerful!
ОтветитьNot basic whatsoever
ОтветитьSpeak loudly plz
ОтветитьCulling cards is something i find very cool and...sleight of handish? So yeah thanks for the tutorial :D
ОтветитьYour tutorials are excellent. You explain things in a clean, clear manner, and it's a refreshing change from all the crap out there. Good job! And thank you!
ОтветитьHey Asad, what deck is this?
ОтветитьI really like those cull controls.
ОтветитьOk, this was a nice enough tutorial, but why in the H@LL can't people rehearse before they post something.
Or, more to the point, if something doesn't work the first time then, for heaven's sake, just reshoot it.
Think of it as a kind of self-defense. These dweeby "that didn't work" or "I guess that was pretty useless" bits can't do anything but makes the whole thing look silly and amateurish.
Gorgeous yet beautiful control
ОтветитьMy best one looks like yours when it's played at 0,25 x. ;) Gotta shorten the card pull time waaay down! It's way to obvious i'm doing something fishy right now.
ОтветитьHi that's a neat control technique and not to difficult to perform, and yet very convincing to the spectator. liked it very much great tutorial well explained nice one, cheers
ОтветитьUh boy it's named Spread Call
ОтветитьThank you I have almost mastered this
ОтветитьMirror.
ОтветитьWhen I pull the card I accidentally pull others too, what to do =) ?
ОтветитьHere's a tip if your having trouble with pulling the chosen card out of the pack without pulling the entire top of it off:
When about to pull the card out instead of just pulling it out, use your left hand thumb and touch the 3 of the cards that are above the chosen card, this helped me stop the cards that followed it.
Hope this helped! And gl.
Thank you, that tutorial really helped me
ОтветитьOne of the easiest, best, most powerful card force definitely
Ответитьthank you❤
you changed me by your tutorial a magician😂
Great tricks and tutorials
ОтветитьThanks for your tutorials but very often your technic is very rough and I see almost always the secret at first look.
ОтветитьCRUCIAL TIP!! put your thumb on the left most spread card so the spread pack stays in place when retracting the chosen card. This bugged me for ages
ОтветитьVery nicely explained👌👍
Ответить👍
ОтветитьBrodin?
ОтветитьThose who can't, teach.
ОтветитьExcellent !
