2) eu countries are still buying russian oil at premium prices, they’ve even collectively spent more on it than was donated to Ukraine
3) 50% of refineries hit, doesn’t mean they are destroyed or went offline

I guess many people would appreciate a program covering Russia's Crude Oil and Refined products, how much Ukraine damaged, How much was restored, and is operational again, and arguably most important - why did they stop attacking the refineries and why are they not also attacking the oil pipelines,k ports and the Shadow Fleet?

If Russian oil infrastructure freezes, they'll need not only a fortune in investment, but the cooperation of Western oil experts to restore it. After getting burned this badly, I doubt there are going to be people lining up to give them all that. Maybe China could kick in the money, but they have other problems right now. Not to mention, the last time it came up, they wanted Russia to essentially sell them natural gas at cost in return for building them a pipeline.
