Nobody elected Jack Dorsey, he co-founded twitter and as the head twitter at that time, he could decide what happens at that company and Ted Cruz or anyone else can decide to no longer use twitter’s services if they choose to. Nobody is forcing anyone to use twitter as it’s their personal choice and there are multiple other social media platforms that anybody can choose to use besides twitter.
