Day in the life of a real estate agent

Ever wonder what's it like to be a real estate agent?
As an agent with over 10 years of experience in the housing industry, here is what a typical day look like for me during a real estate transaction.
A few days after getting my client's offer accepted, I'm on my way to meet with the appraiser at the property while I fill out my AVID (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure) form. Not to be confused with a proper home inspection performed by a certified home inspector, but this is one of the important tasks of being a real estate agent because I am my client's eyes and ears. I represent my client with the utmost care and dignity, ensuring that their purchase goes smoothly. I also share why I love being an agent.
