Govee need to do a sync app for the tvs like hue have done with Samsung.
Would be a game changer for them especially if they kept the price competitive.
No camera no hdmi 2.0 sync boxes.
All native is the way forward.

They look good, but this stuff isn't cheap. Which is fine. You get what you pay for here.

If i buy the Govee G1 gaming light that comes with a camera for my monitor (similar to your Govee T2), will i be able to mount that camera over my screenbar like the benq one you have? Im hoping its possible as my i use my WFH setup for gaming as well. The only other concern would be if the Govee camera would be accurate with the extra light it picks up from the monitor lamp. Any help appreciated!

I recently bought the Govee T3 camera based led strip backlight for my TV and I’m looking to expand my lighting setup for more immersion. I have one of the standing lamps from Govee coming but I’m thinking I want a light strip to run underneath my entertainment centre and sync up with what’s displaying on the tv. Will any of govee’s light strips work for that? There’s a few different options and I want to make sure I buy a product that syncs with the tv’s lighting!
