Tutti molto interessanti!
ОтветитьLove the video and the price ranges- Im looking to retire next year and would live to move to Italy - are you able to connect with the realtors selling the properties
ОтветитьLove your videos you put so much care in presenting the properties. Terrace is special in the last one. Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьLove this type of content. Do you have Galatone on your u tube channel as well?
ОтветитьCan you explain "" 7% tax rate" of what please.
Ответить42 seconds in....and we have the same check-list! ❤
ОтветитьLovely property❤ and yes the rooftop terrace is superbe
ОтветитьBeautiful homes are those towns close to international airports.
ОтветитьLoved them all, but the first fits my preferences. Thanks for the comprehensive information 🙏🏽
ОтветитьExcellent, thank you.
ОтветитьLoved everyone of these properties. It would be pretty tough to choose which one to buy.❤
ОтветитьLove love love your videos! ❤ you have such a calming voice.
Do you offer services for searching for specific properties for people? As I’d be interested in the next year or so!
Can you do more videos on the buying process. What’s included and what’s not? How easy is it to set up utilities when you buy somewhere?
Also. I’m from the UK, so what do you do about having a car? I’d only be able to come for 3 months at a time, so I would drive from the UK with my pets - be good to know as much as possible. Massive hug Claire xx
Hi!!! Love your videos you put such care in presenting property thank you
They are all sooooo beautiful but I would pick the last one bc it's an independent house with room to put personal touches 💚💙❤️💕
many thanks xx
ОтветитьLooking to relocate to Italy
Still working but can work from anywhere in the world
Can you also let us know if these beautiful towns have a train that connects to Roma?
Regards Mark
Do you feature places close to the Adriatic
ОтветитьI like second one❤
ОтветитьGreat choices!
ОтветитьThanks for joining me on today’s property tour through sunny Salento! ☀
My favorite has to be the second house—despite the odd blue kitchen! There’s just something about the design, that charming little patio, and the rooftop terrace that makes it a standout. Which one did you like best?
