If I may recommend a book 📚 the 5 rings aa book written by the most famous samurai he disappeared into the forest for 5 years and came back to win countless duals he wasn’t just skilled but extremely intelligent as well he defeated over 60 opponents in 1v1 sword fights killing majority of them it’s about seen the pattern in everything you do and to take up multiple disciplines painting, poetry , writing anything and everything the 5 rings represent the only 5 paths of attack up, down, center, left and right really amazing read from the mid 1600s
