I had an ear pain and applied cream around and inside my ear and now I think the cream has entered deep inside the ear and I feel like my ear is blocked. Please how do I go about with that?

I only use cotton swabs to dry out the outer ear. I don't go in to that narrow ear canal.
I'm wondering how much earwax build up in have in my 50 years. I do have tinnitus but that was started in the army in the 90's and not helped by being a little 💩 with an amp and subwoofer in the 💩box car back in my 20's.
Maybe the medical oil would be good to clean it out or I should just suck it up and go to an ear doctor.

Does this work for people with a very narrow ear canal and whats the name of the drops you buy in the chemist? Its £60 or more to get your ear cleans out, just wondering if I can do it myself for my husband without damaging his ear, how do we get the wax out then? Does it just fall out itself as you said without touching it? Thanks

Noticed reduced hearing in my right ear due to buildup weeks ago, and cleaned it with a q tip.
Weeks later, I noticed less hearing in my left ear.

So of course I tried to get the wax out of that one again too, and now it's stuffed shut.

Can you please help me. I have been to several ent regarding a extremely dry nose. The last ent said using saline will dry my nose out. I’m not trying to flush much out at all I am just trying to moisturize my nose. I have used Vaseline, coconut milk and several brands of salinegel. The more I google the hat to use the more I find saline as a recommended. But why is my doctor telling me not to use it. It’s not just my frontal nasal passages that are dry it all the way back. What can I do? Please help.
