What screwdriver you using or recommend?

I have a Ryobi 160 lb torque impact wrench but it will not take off that bell clutch bolt no matter what I do. I also have a 250lb ft. torque breaker bar that also can't seem to remove the bolt. Idk why I can't just use a screwdriver to hold the Bell clutch in place and break the bolt using the torque wrench or impact wrench.

Would this fit most Chinese 150 cc I have a taho 2022spark?

I changed it and now i hear a lil slapping or clacking noise every now and then? Any tips?
