If your a pro tech tool kit owner then security screws are no challenge, stickers don't tell me what to do, and warranties are unnecessary if you can fix it yourself. 10 out of 10 repair ability for me.

you says 8 GB of RAM but actually sony says they add 1 GB in the pro version ! Am i wrong ?

What benefit does a taper evidence give them?

I wouldn't mind spending 20 seconds listing more of the interesting chip changes outside of just the RAM and CPU.

Hey try to install windows 10 on the ps4 hard drive and see if it will be a ps4/gaming pc

1t 5400rpm top out at around 100mb/s at the outer platter, sata 2 can handle it no problem

Glad I upgraded to a 1TB 6Gbps SSD then.

Does the top cover of the console snaps off just buy pulling it up? no screws-hard drive nothing?

As a PC Gamer I'm upset that Sony prevents me to teardown my PS4 without voiding the warranty.

Would be nice if Xbox had the same system for HDD replacement.

It deserves a 5 out of 10 ! The design is waaay to complicated too many types of screws and cheap ribbon cable conectors !

This "tear-down" is reading from a paper and the editior has to show some fitting pictures int he mean-time.
Very misleading tear-down video(suggests it is like a lego without screws), there are way better ones out there.
