That's my neighborhood! I'm on 81st & York. The first apt is literally 2 blocks over and the second apt is 3 blocks. I love the UES, it's a great area and super convenient. I wonder what she'd say about my 1-bedroom though it is bigger than both of the ones you showed. But you still have to walk through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. FYI those insomnia cookies hit different at 12am 🤤
