STOP Suffering from TRASH WiFi Signal with Wavlink AC1200 Outdoor Range Extender!

I have a problem with the wavlink wifi Repeater AC 1200, when I want to turn it on, 2 blue LEDs from the power turn on and off, the power LED and the signal LED, i.e. LED 1 and LED 6, and the green LED from the poe converter also lights up it also turns off. the above mentioned LEDs turn on and off at the same time.
