Great sir 👍
Plz Make video about your temperature metar..
No heatsink for 600W output
Bloody hell !!!
Wow. I was quite deceived as it looked good at first glance, but then the level of DODGYNESS went FAR beyond my expectations !
ОтветитьYou're doing amazing job. Thanks!
Ответить50А ??????????
ОтветитьNice series, thanks for the videos on this. Even at $26, they still make sacrifices in quality to make more profits (at the expense of user safety). I mean, what the hell were those capacitors? Also the bridge rectifier wasn't aligned straight, it was at an angle...
Ответитьi bought one of them. Output capacitor failed at the third use.
Ответить熟悉的配方,熟悉的味道,深圳制造的,
ОтветитьAnother cheat: With only one silicone pad, the transistors on the mains side capacitively inject current at 95kHz into the grounded chassis. The switchers I worked on in 1984 had two sil-pads with foil in-between (actually assembled as one piece). The foil in-between was connected to neutral (or one of the DC rails -- I forget which), to keep the 95kHz coupled current to the primary side. (The neutral (or hot if hot & neutral are swapped) does not inject much current into the chassis because it is only 50 or 60Hz plus harmonics. Any higher frequencies on the mains are coming in from outside.)
Ответитьplease in this supply circuit diagram show
ОтветитьI'll pay the few extra bucks to buy from a reputable seller like RS, Mouser etc. This sort of stuff I can't stand.
ОтветитьSo you have Chinese wage slaves "refurbishing" used parts in an effort to make them look new. Problem is, those caps could already be 40 years old and nearing the end of their life. You just don't know.
The caps were probably glued onto a board and some idiot used pliers to twist and pry them off. All the more reason not to buy anything made in china.
They would have assembled it properly if they knew what they were doing!
ОтветитьYou are so crazy
ОтветитьLooks like those caps have passed through a car body shop! :)
Ответитьbro how convert 1000 wat
ОтветитьInterestingly, I bought that EXACT SAME SMPS last week and it has what appears to be the EXACT same layout and components, but it's 60v, 10A 600watts. It would be very interesting to send you some pictures and see how they get the different voltages and amps out of the exact same layout.
Ответитьi gotten a few of similar power supplies, and yes ALL those parts are recycled, those capacitor are recycled from returned or failed units were they clean em up and re wrap the skin on em, plus all those parts are off the shelf components you can get em in bulk for under 5$, its not surprising that parts look similar or slightly off cause there grabbed from a bucket in a factory. i work for an electronic company and we find these trash parts "new" from china but there just salvaged from rejected parts. also those boards you can get for 1$ at PCB factories there a common board that you can get as you can use that board in that video for 12v 20amp 220watt to 600Watt as you then need a bigger board to add more Moffsets and 2 more rows of capacitors. However this is the first time i seen the wax fill, as most would use pliers to press em back into shape as you peel the skin off the cylinder has tool marks and rust spots from old tools and there metals touching the bare tin casing. Anyways good video, love seeing someone looking into these power supplies since there are soo many of em and there getting harder to find quality ones.
ОтветитьI think you got one that was made on a Friday afternoon lol.
ОтветитьLooks like my dog was chewing on those caps lmfao.
ОтветитьI have a similar 12v 30a psu that failed. I suspect it is the power transistors. I want to replace them but want to know which ones to use to make it better. The ones that came out of the unit is E13009L and J13009. Thanks.
ОтветитьWithout PFC? Is allowed to selling?
ОтветитьI have a 12v 333.3amp powersupply in this format (same case) but it has more parts in it then this one
ОтветитьNippon quality control has really gone down hill lolz
PS I'm kidding they're obviously not Nippon
those capacitors are hilarious. i wonder if they are third hand parts. like they took them out of a device that in turn salvaged them from another. it makes me wonder what the highest number of times a component has been salvaged from one product to another and still works in the final product.
Ответитьthis would be perfect for a car amplifier if you want to use it indoors :)
ОтветитьHi sir I need this supply circuit diagram
ОтветитьI need the value of the first inductor before the bridge rectifier.. please.
ОтветитьI love it that you explain everything that is going on, on the board. Never stop doing that ! Thank you !
ОтветитьPerfect I like very much thanks you
Ответитьmade in CHINA
ОтветитьSir Highlight company ka smps 12v 600w pawar tanjistar nambar F10A50SE is changed pawar tanjistar nambar kiya hoga
ОтветитьI got the 12V 20A version i recieved it in exactly the same way with dented capacitors
ОтветитьThey use a pair of pliers to pull these capacitors off and recycle them before putting them on this board.
They sightly crushed the capacitors in the process.
It looks like they tried to fill in the dents with wax before rewrapping them. Strange?
Ofc its china
Ответитьyour accent is so funny its actually annoyihg
ОтветитьBeen power 2 5k chinese diesel heaters for 3 years with 1 of these and it is showing no signs of trouble.
ОтветитьNo pfc at this power rating???
Looks good but not fantastic
Gah. Yup. Somebody used pliers to pull those capacitors off an old board. That's awful.
ОтветитьMy 3D printer has the exact power supply! But mine is 24v, 15a, 360w.
ОтветитьCapacituuuuuuuur, tooooooooool.
ОтветитьI cannot believe those Chinese have gone so far to use used caps that were dented, dents filled with wax and new shrink wrap to hide it all. Wow, never buying Chinese supplies again unless I feel like burning something down... lol
ОтветитьThe wax is just crazy....oh my god wow.
Ответитьmine maxes out at 12,3v , can i change anything to achive higher voltage (13.8)
Ответитьthat transformer looks small for 600w, intuition tells me its like a 300w rated one being driven hard.
ОтветитьThe 2 capacitors look fake because one had a “K” vent and the other on had a “Y” vent which indicates it could be a Rubycon and and other brand of capacitor.
ОтветитьEvery vedio nice information with nice camera direction cool hd quality
Ответитьschematic ?
Ответить
