That Governor is leading the good old boy state....also known as the sweep it under the rug state
ОтветитьThe governor and state police pointing fingers! A child is dead! The state stinks! People getting paid for no work! Corruption? Yep!
ОтветитьIs this the head of a red state that is pro life?
ОтветитьWest Virginia needs a new governor.
ОтветитьThe CPS doesn't worry about kids of the poor as they can't garnish WAGES
ОтветитьWhen children are not in the public schools system, someone from the government must check on these children! You could have one CPS worker to manage only those children! This has been happening to often and it is always children who do not attend a public or private school!
ОтветитьWhat’s truly sickening in these cases, is that the abusers are usually all overweight themselves. Look how fat her mother is. She looks like, whatever food she was denying her daughter, she was stuffing in her own face.
ОтветитьJust listening to that governor you can clearly see the problem in that state!!!
ОтветитьWhenever public officials attack the messenger of information or facts that they don't want to hear instead of engaging with the message, it's a bad sign...
ОтветитьGov Justice is more corrupt than Al Capone, and the State Police are his hitmen...
CORRUPTION THROUGHOUT 🤔
If the trooper told CPS then, it's out of his hands.
Sounds like the governor has some personal interest in the dept. Head. Obviously she lied too!
I know he is a republican but he needs to be removed from office immediately and the state attorney general needs to resign immediately for not maintaining a investigation into the Human Resources Department over children in their system and following on other children being abused
ОтветитьNawl, the officer did what he was supposed to do. Shameful of him to blame that individual officer for CPS incompetence and cover-up.
ОтветитьPoliticians don't care unless they're confronted with the truth on camera. Then the excuses fly. Every level of government in the USA is lawless. Which is why the country is falling apart.
ОтветитьHere is a town full of republicans working hard for their community of citizens.
ОтветитьIf there’s nothing to hide, there should be no reason not to answer his questions. Going after the news group, is not only in poor taste, but also makes me think y’all ARE HIDING something and up to no good!
ОтветитьPig in a too small dress.
ОтветитьSCREAMING FROM THE HIGHEST ROCK IS NOT A LAW ENFORCEMENT FUNCTION! Officer's, deputie's and trooper's should be able to turn this over to another department WITHIN their agency to make sure there is follow up. EMS DOESN'T SCREAM ABOUT BETTER MEDICAID OR MEDICARE! Governor your government failed this child! Period
ОтветитьCynthia Persily should resign. This will not help Gov. Jim Justice's Senate race. He's gonna throw someone under the bus to save his ass. Probably Cynthia.
ОтветитьFor those who trust government, you are clueless.
ОтветитьWSAZ RIDE THIS GOVERNOR LIKE A SHOW PONY! Remember Gabriel Fernandez 8, Anthony Avalos 10 and Noah Cuatro 4. Theses are examples of DCFS failures in Los Angeles County, we have more failures of murdered children if you need them!!!!
ОтветитьSo they deny it until they get caught and then claim they can’t talk about it .
ОтветитьO-M-G!!! West Virginia....yet ANOTHER state in our country where incompetence, ineptness and passing the blame is the normal course of action by the Governor and his associates!! To hear the Governor say that the State Trooper "Should have done more", and go on to say he should "Shout it from a mountain top" rather than accept his own CPS State Agency is inept is, in itself, inexcusable! When will this level of ineptitude ever end???
ОтветитьWhen has the West Virginia government ever been honest?
ОтветитьCoverup, corrupt, over fed
Pay them all minimum wage per diem
Obviously, his Office is covering up something.
ОтветитьMore corrupt politicians. How surprising. Lying, cover up. What about the intake numbers on the whistle blower document? Why should the cop have to stand on the highest mountain to draw attention to criminal neglect? That isn't an officer issue, that is a governmental issue. The Governor and all officials want to blame others instead of taking responsibility for the screw up and fixing the issue. A lot of Republican politicians are great at pointing fingers, but extremely poor in actually doing anything to actually fix the problems. Good luck, WV. You keep electing people who don't really care about you. And that Governor is just plain pathetic. A real garbage dumpster.
ОтветитьSARGENT SCHULTZ CALL YOUR OFFICE!!
ОтветитьSame in Washington state cover-ups on CPS
ОтветитьDoesn't look like Jim Justice misses any meals. But seriously this is a cover up my Justice & CPS and a terribly tragic death of a child.
ОтветитьHey, no disrespect to the fools in West Virginia who elected these lazy bumbling clowns, but that little girl deserved better.
ОтветитьLying pathetic politicians - as useful and deadly as our pathetic boys in blue and yet nothing changes and no accountability whatsoever... Absolute failures.
ОтветитьNeed to fire the old fat governor what a sorry person I think we need age limits
ОтветитьAll we need to hear is GOP they only care about when they’re in the womb. After birth they actually despise children.
ОтветитьThe governor needs to be removed 🤬🤬
ОтветитьBut they couldn't wait to take my grandson away from my son because he fell down the steps in the house!! Now my sister has my grandson. BS
ОтветитьWell, if that Guvna is not the most Boss Hog looking politician, he is the second.
p.s. Nevada is a very good example. Western states are not as corrupt.
Keep up the good work.
ОтветитьOh boy, the "good ol boys" sure have a literal strangle hold on the poor citizens of WV. This is pure laziness on everybody's part, pure dereliction of duty, and the utmost evidence of corruption up to the very ( obviously clueless) governor. Time to vote for people that will answer questions do there damn job and regardless of there fat lazy butts, care about the children.
Ответить😅 yeah it's the officers fault it must be them it could have nothing to do with me lying to you right now about the CPS involvement or lack of involvement or how this child was let down by the system of which I'm supposed to be in charge what a horrible human being I would love to know how he would have handled this differently if it had been a grandkid he loved😢 take some responsibility governor you're embarrassing yourself. Y'all need to vote these Yahoo's out of office if you keep voting for the same hyper fundamentalist misogynistic types nothing's going to change here
ОтветитьWell, hey, great news!! WV just elected this idiot governor to the US Senate!
ОтветитьWith cps they will take kids from good parents and leave them with people that should never be around kids.
ОтветитьTHIS GOVERNOR IS ANOTHER LIAR JUST LIKE HIS ADMINISTRATION!!!
ОтветитьTHIS IS WHY THE FIRST AMENDMENT, LIKE ALL OTHERS, ARE IMPORTANT!!!
ОтветитьTHEN, WHY NEED CPS???
ОтветитьThe title suggest the Trooper could have done more, but that is not at all correct. A state trooper is a law enforcement officer, and lacking evidence that a crime had been committed, was being committed, or about to be committed, or lacking probable cause to arrest someone, there is little the officer could do. The only way he could remove the child without a court order would be that if a reasonable person thought that a failure to act would result in IMMEDIATE serious injury or death. Lacking that, the ONLY thing the law enforcement officer can do and the only thing that officer SHOULD do, is follow the LEGAL process that was put in place by the state, and in this case, we have every reason to believe that he did follow that process by making a referral to CPS and by having that annotated in the call log. Now I actually have a lot of disdain for cops, but I call them like I see them, and what I saw here was evidence that the cop acted in good faith, and within the scope of his authority and I assume he followed the protocol that was supposed to ensure that CPS was aware of the issues as documented in the referral. Cop gets a rare Hero award from me. He did the right thing and acted within the scope if his powers. All too often, people get killed by cops on welfare calls, and in this case, lacking a crime, the cop observed and reported. That is exactly as it should be. No rights were violated and he did not kill anybody, and from what we know, he used the system in the manner prescribed to pass responsibility to the correct agency. I hate cops, but I call them like I see them, and there was no obvious fault by the officer in this case, and I congratulate the cop for doing his job properly.
ОтветитьGovernment out of control liers liers
ОтветитьThat’s exactly what I thought the Gov of West Virginia would look like 😂
ОтветитьThey sure don't like telling the truth
ОтветитьNobody will take responsibility for their lack of action. Kennedy was abandoned to die.
Ответить
