I've got 2 theories on the expansion of the universe
I will say I do not see them/ think of them as being true but more as an interesting thought

First is the: Prince Rupert drop universe

If the observable universe is an area within a Prince Rupert drop such as the outer edge is outside of the observable universe as well as the center point is outside the observable universe
From that point of view something that is contracting could look like it's expanding

Second would be the: 'Growing' Universe (instead of expanding)

The thought being that every point in the universe (Plank-size or smaller) Is duplicating at a fairly consistent rate, Could cause an apparent exponential rate of growth per distance
With a secondary thought from this being that the growth rate causes/creates time or vice versa. With gravity and/or motion through affecting the growth rate/time

The problem with science today is, when they run into something that doesn’t agree with them, they just make up something to make it agree with them or if they can’t do that then they just disregard it all together! That tells me that they really don’t know as much as they think they know!
