The racism in the judicial system is sickening! It's mostly black men and women!
ОтветитьWish there is someway she can sue the authorities and judicial people that found her guilty.
ОтветитьSo many Black people who are falsely accused and spend years in prison, when exonerated get no compensation. What I dont understand is that she picked up her four year old neice from Kentucky, the little girl was obviously injured in Kentucky but investigators didnt investigate the family the child had stayed with in Kentucky. This woman is so strong and lost so much. Governor Lee of Tennessee is a real redneck racist. God have mercy and let her be pardoned.
ОтветитьPeople get framed every day 365 in every Country. They are set up so the public are kept satisfied mainly. Out of spite too!
ОтветитьI couldn't live on after this. I'd be gone from self exit.
ОтветитьThis is so heartbreaking 😢
ОтветитьThe procedure to apply for pardon from the governor is unconstitutional. Every man and woman has the right to cl the bond for the charge. There is NO limit on compensation. File against the city, County, and state under Admiralty Law.
Ответить🙏🏼
ОтветитьWow. This is horrific and heartbreaking 🥹
ОтветитьRose Williams & her son M.G know what happen to that child ! Is the case now going to find the real abusive murdering child rapist !?!
ОтветитьI’ve watched lots of american true crime documentaries, i think America is the country with the worst wrong convictions, people who are convicted that do not fit their crime serve longer time than a more serious crime. What a joke
ОтветитьAlways remember, GOD Almighty is a Just GOD
ОтветитьEven finger prints and dna are 'flawed'.
there's no such thing as a finger print match - only points of similarity. How many points of similarity? I don't think anyone knows. 5? 10? 24?
And when you compare the dna statistics with how many people actually exist on this planet it often leads to 100's of possible matches - not 1.
Cops with no brains and no conscious. So sad.
ОтветитьIt is shameful to know these situations happen...but people must know that to wrongfully convict or hurt people creates KARMA in
in their lives😮
The person that killed Brandi could be dead amd served not 1 day in prison, so wrong. RIP Brandi and Charlie 🌹🌹
ОтветитьWow always seem to wrongfully convict mostly black people , not surprised at all the history of this country proves it
ОтветитьLife sentences for being black. Don't tell me it's not about Race.
ОтветитьSpeechless
ОтветитьFix your 'justice' system.
Ответить😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 from Malaysia 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
ОтветитьNo isolated incident should be selectively highlighted in order to shame, guilt and intimidate Whites. If this lady is innocent, I hope she has a great rest of her life. All of you antiwhites trying to misuse and capitalize on her suffering are morally repulsive
Ответить🙌💪🔥⚡️unbelievable, God is always good.
ОтветитьIt’s a cold world
Ответить😢
ОтветитьWhat happened to the people she picked up from .
Ответить'it could happen to anyone' > literally never happens to a white woman EVER
ОтветитьWhy did the judge take her mask off to deliver the good news? Was it okay to only have to wear it for like medium or bad news?
Ответитьare there any whites that have been treated this way?
Ответитьdestroying black people's lives with a corrupt Justice system.
ОтветитьRICCOH charges should be brought against the medical examiner, prosecutors, investigators and judge for gross professional misconduct and willful acts to defraud two people from their constitutional right to a fair and just judicial process that resulted in the wrongful conviction of two innocent people. Until medical examiners, prosecutors, judges and investigators go to prison, this criminal behavior will continue.
ОтветитьA Effin Shame...RACE,,RACE,, RACE
ОтветитьThe state owe her some grandchildren to visit her in her old age.
ОтветитьDisgusting, they wrongly convicted two innocent people, while never investigating the sickos who killed that baby.
Ответитьomg
ОтветитьThe law always applies to the poor/the people of clor I don’t see any justice for that it means their no justice in America whatsoever am sorry for that
ОтветитьIt’s like police investigate cases so much that over time they get more and more lazy with it with less oversight.
ОтветитьBlack folks always worrying about all the violence that is put on us from the white man. Little do we know. We are still being lynched legally everyday with things like THIS!
ОтветитьWow this is❤ wrenching the least they could do is see that poor woman lives out the rest of her life without having to worry where she lives or how she's going to pay her bills or anything she needs help medication or whatever it is this woman needs from here to the day the good Lord takes her home needs to be provided for her,
They need to reopen the case and go after the real culprits no amount of compensation could ever give her back was she lost including her niece
Anyone pay attention that this is a racist system that 90% of the people that were wrongly convicted and stayed in prison for 20 years or more were African-American which means the system was totally racist back then and most of the stereotypes and numbers that are created or falsified numberswhich means that reparations are due and owed
ОтветитьCOMPENSATION!
ОтветитьWhen human beens make up their minds to nail you to a cross nothing could change their mind look at what they did to the only perfect one Jesus
ОтветитьThis angers me and also breaks my heart. 😢
ОтветитьAmerica solution to every problem “Lock them up!” And the streets are less safer than 20 years ago. The system absolutely failed them.
ОтветитьAnd of course, there are no consequences for any of the people responsible for this wrongful conviction.
