ОтветитьThanx for this video, we can agree first time I managed to flow some steps. I need to work on my coordination but, still managed to do the full class. Unfortunately in the gym everybody know the steps or they pick up it so quickly, your video helps me to actually learn the steps and due to I do not have the stepper, it was fun to use my doormat.

ОтветитьThis has become my FAVORITE workout. I just add a step and one riser so far. It’s challenging enough for me. The music is the best. Keeps you pumping. Feeling my legs get stronger. Steps are easy to follow, don’t even need to see the screen, your cueing is perfect. I can then concentrate on power. Thank you, thank you.
ОтветитьI sweat more to do basic repetition steps for 42 minutes than to do an hour.....great work out and great music.....music gives strenght.....don't stop publishing the new step's work out.....basic and intermeade

ОтветитьAwesome for someone who has been in your class for several weeks, but feel like it is way too much for a beginner's workout!! This is not a basic routine!! Not once did you tell your beginner subscribers that if they get winded to take a break by stepping or marching it out and then jump in when ready. Way too many steps for someone who has not done this before...using a rug as our equipment should give you a clue that we are not ready for a 20+ step routine.

ОтветитьGood tough workout! I'm going back to your early ones. I kept it low impact. Didn't do the skiing and the pivots with the mambo made me dizzy so I just did mambos. Still sweated a bunch! Yes it's a little off beat in the middle but with a little experience it's no problem. Thank you!

ОтветитьI have been looking for Basic Step 1 ever since I discovered Kat months ago! So glad I found it! You started out as good as you are today. Such smooth transitions and creative combinations. LOVE your classes, and I even belong to a gym (of course only used for their machines and treadmill :) )
