I like the wood floors everywhere although I can see what one viewer here is saying. It's not worth the price unless it had a killer location or a bigger lot and more luxury features. And just a little constructive criticism is a verbal voice over every now and then and lower music

Incredible, the home is a work of art so beautiful and stunning I love it

I'm not a designer yet I think this house is lacking colors that contrast each other. The house is very white or lame. There is no pizzas or a contrast color that brings your eye to that wow factor. For a 2million dollar home a better designer was needed. Even the contractors should have seen these. Nice house but you see one room and the whole is the same. As for the outside part of the house the same is said real lame.

Love the house location and finishes hate the light colored wood floors. Takes from the modern finishes i think.

It's not too bad home design, except two negative facts.
First, lot site is too low compare to neighboring houses, that makes the house less privacy.
Secondly, there's too many small rooms and small ally that makes the floor plan not very open flow

The backyard seems a little small for such a beautiful home. As in small with room to move around.

Floor plan is amazing. Some of the design features make the space seem like a hotel. I like the warmed the floor gives it.

Looks 100% like an office building. The kitchen is as cold as a dentil lab.
Builders obviously don't know how to do modern and warm at the same time.

Beautiful home but who is the lurking woman in the yellow dress that clearly is taking away from the experience with the assertiveness of her presence, smh. At least the other woman tried to get out of focus of the camera. Skillful talent of working around her anyway.

I seriously have nothing against you and I understand you’re trying to sell homes you have to admit sell a home at that price point with only a two car garage is ridiculous! A Porte Cochere doesn’t truly make up for the lack there of… It even seems to have taken you by surprise as you tried to quickly find a positive in the negative.
