ОтветитьLately I have started itching all over after having my black coffee or with heavy cream before breakfast
Ответитьmodeling rather than medical information 😂😂😂 any how she has very good smile🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьHow would lactose free 1% milk rate on this? I am assuming somewhere between whole milk and skim milk? thanks
ОтветитьHow about Soy creamer in my coffee? Not a grain not a nut.
ОтветитьTea. Try iodine.😊
Ответитьfollowing this from past few months!!!!
THank you!!!!
And if you don't eat breakfast? I eat one meal a day and four sugar-free coffees with cream. This gets me through every day pretty well.
ОтветитьHow about: The more coffee someone drinks, the less beer, the less coke, the lemonade and sugary drinks. That would just about do it.
ОтветитьAlmond milk is very low in protein. 1 gr per cup.
ОтветитьSeriously, I can't even have my coffee with sugar as my first drink after a 16 hour fasting cycle....🙃🥲... thank you for such good information. Stay blessed always.🙏
ОтветитьCoffee helps the glycogen get released from the liver when fasting. It’s actually a good thing and transient.
ОтветитьI’d do anything for my oat latte please 😭
ОтветитьI can take a big cup of coffee before bedtime and I sleep like a baby 😅
ОтветитьI always drink black coffee and put nothing in it before breakfast
ОтветитьYou've missed the best options: butter + coconut oil - either one or the other or both = bullet proof coffee. Black coffee makes me feel hungry, so bullet proof coffee is the best for when I'm not eating breakfast. I tried various 'milk alternatives' like oat milk, almond milk etc until I read the ingredients: sugar and palm oil and all sorts of nasty stuff! If you're buying anything manufactured always read the label.
ОтветитьThere ARE other alternativeS (plural)
ОтветитьPlease speak of lectins for autoimmune disorders, thank you for all you do
ОтветитьWhat about soy milk ?
Ответитьrecently I ate some "herring fillets in sour marinade" and I was totally shocked when I saw on the package that in 100g of its mass after draining (so just the fillets without the marinade), there is 9,5g of sugar...
almost 10% of sugar in HERRING FILLETS!
I found macadamia milk but it had maltodextrin in it... A hard no....
ОтветитьI guess teas cause a spike also?
ОтветитьJust asking what about soy milk unsweetened xx
Ответитьnice markting
ОтветитьWhat about cream in your coffee? I generally have fresh 38% cream in my coffee. It's delicious!
ОтветитьAll the milk alternatives are just ploys by food companies so they can sell you cheap chemical garbage instead of real (more expensive for them) food . Oatmilk, almond milk, Coffee mate; don't use them!
ОтветитьI use "get-the-fuck-off-double-bastard-cream" in my coffee in the morning. After a big oil-soaked Ulster Fry! 😈 I can go right to the evening on this. Google Ulster Fry. Now.
ОтветитьWhat about an Irish Coffee after breakfast, or instead of breakfast? Life has to be about something, right....?😅
ОтветитьI put coffee in my coffee.
What more does one need?
There,s usually seed oil in seed / oat milk too so another reason to avoid it. I just have black coffee anyway.
ОтветитьHow about honey? We are producing wonderful highclass honey in the Austrian Mountains and I add a tablespoon of honey to my morning coffee. That's my only breakfast. Am I doing something bad to my body?
ОтветитьCoffee is a super beneficial for blood type A's not the other blood type though. If you feel the effects of coffee consumption even into the late hours you are a slow acetylator ( your liver takes longer to deal with caffeine ).
ОтветитьQue mujer tan hermosa.
ОтветитьCafé au crême pour moi
Ответитьyes i am sad ab oat milk 👍 but i can just get almond milk
ОтветитьNo mention of soya milk? Its derived from a bean so not sure if that would be a carb origin and act more like a oat milk?!? ... 🤔
ОтветитьDO YOU LIKE QUICKY ,.,..COFEEE,.!!?!?
Ответитьthanks jessie for those hacks,it helps a lot
ОтветитьShe gives science teacher/ female bill nye vibes I love it, she makes learning fun
ОтветитьI put about a third of a bottle of my vanilla protein shake in my coffee! No added sugar and less than 1 g of sugar per coffee
ОтветитьCoffee opens up your blood vessels and you don't put anything in it. When you add sugar, milk, cream, honey or anything else it takes away the health benefits. Two cups in the morning is plenty.
ОтветитьWhat about the sugar free options of oat milk oatly provides that is that better ?
ОтветитьWhat about Stevia
Ответитьneat video. i’d like to see a glucose time series with a whole (in terms of having 3.5% fat) oat milk. because that’s a new trend which might be closer to nut milks. around 3-4g of carbs per 100ml and 3.5g of fat.
ОтветитьI've lost 250 lbs and reversed all of my many metabolic issues. Black coffiee doesn't spike your insulin, in other words it doesn't raise your glucose. But the milk, sugar in your coffee and toast for breakfast will spike your insulin/raise your glucose. If you want to keep your glucose at a normal level, keep the coffee, get rid of the milk, sugar and bread/toast.
ОтветитьCan you please comment on the effect of 10%, 18%, 35% cream in your coffee has as opposed to milk. I had heard 35%.(whipping cream.) causes the smallest spike. Thanks
ОтветитьI started having slurred speech this spring and wasn't sure what was going on. MRI ruled out anything that would cause it, as well as the ct scan. I did some editing in my diet to test various theories and caffeine seems to be the culprit. I am not sure if this is something that's documented anywhere but it sucks. lol I can live without it but I miss my morning coffee.
ОтветитьI am lean and a fast metabolic. I don’t want any fat taken away from me so no thanks.
ОтветитьVery informative. Thank you very much!
ОтветитьExercise should help mitigate glucose spike and use honey instead of sugar.
