I was loyal to my family and they just dumped me after my mom died. Very heart breaking and guilt over took me that I had done something wrong.

I was loyal to family, parents, supervisors,business owners... They just used me all up and went on their merry way. I finally realozed that loyalty was a wonderful ideal but it was a way to become a repeat victim. I finally got the courage to change this pattern and Im so proud of myself. No victim minset here. Just self-compassion and learning to build self-worth and love myself.
