ОтветитьThis is a question for all, not just Seth. I am a disabled vet, for a while I was sick and did not do shit and was lazy. New Years Day 2022 I came back at it. Now we are May 2023. I still cannot do a strong chin up/pull up, whatever you want to call it. I am just hanging. The rest of me has improved a ton but this movement. I was going to try it today but I had blood drawn earlier and my arm is shot. Is there a way to train this so I am not just hanging there like a weak putz? All I have is the bar, I go to a private gym that is limited due to lack of funds so I do not have much to work with.
