Re-Review: Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge Restaurant Review - Vancouver Foodie (Strongly Recommended)

Here is my another review of my dinner at Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge, which is becoming one of my favorite upscale dining establishments in Vancouver. I did a review of this restaurant 11 months ago and I think it is important to periodically revisit restaurants to update your reviews of them. It is located inside the Wedgewood Hotel at 845 Hornby Street, Vancouver, B.C. It is a Michelin recommended restaurant but if any upscale restaurant in Vancouver deserves a star, it should be this restaurant. Service standard, ambiance and food quality are impeccable. My preferred waiter is Tim, who is a consummate professional.
