The elk would've been a lot better if it was cut up and put into some street tacos and dipped in the green chili verde Colorado had. Great combo, tbh. Elk steak is pretty good, but it's better if you incorporate it into other dishes.

As someone who travels to CT occasionally, I have ever heard of that dish. And also as a native New Yorker, NY Pizza is the best pizza.
