OSW- Installment-How to Approve Application Installment?

• Access your OneSuite portal and log in with your credentials.
• Navigate to the Installment module from the dashboard.
• Locate the section labeled "Pending Applications" or similar within the Installment module.
• Search for the application you wish to review and approve.
• Click on the application to view its details.
• Review all relevant information, including the customer's details, linked invoice, requested payment terms, and attached documents (if any).
• Ensure all fields are accurate, such as the total amount, number of installments, and payment frequency.
• Click on the "Approve" button or select the Approval option from the action menu.
• Optionally, add comments or notes regarding the approval decision.
