good for her. seniors sometimes aren't always aware what's a scam or what isn't. thankfully, my 95 year old grandmother is also pretty sharp, and knows what a scam is. we should still take the time and educate our grandparents and seniors and if they have received anything like that, to let their family know to help out.

My 91 year old mom does the same thing. Scammers called saying her grandson was in jail and needed money for bail. First, she asked which no good grandson was it this time. Then she said it didn't matter, they could all rot in jail! 🤣
