Queen is making a big mistake now not taking Martell. This guy is a literate incarnation of Freddy. Tour with him would be just epic. Till then, I prefer Martell's gigs over Queen nowadays.

I think the people defending Marc are not saying replace Freddie or better than. Like myself just believe he's the best performer to do the show. There are many Elvis, Beatles, led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd,etc. Acts. They are there to give us an experience we will never really have. So why not get the best to do the job. In this case Marc is clearly the one. Regardless of what reason Brian chose someone else. Marc does a great show of his own.

I’ve heard Adam with Queen and it doesn’t do anything for me whatsoever. I hear Marc just by himself and it’s all the Queen I need!

adam lambert sucks and if Queen thinks he's good for the band it makes me wonder about there judgment of singers. I would never pay to see Queen or go for free if Adam lambert is there front man. I have always loved Queen. I am a vocalist. Get rid of the clown.

Obviously it’s telling when these two will not entertain the thought of using Marc in their band. And I think it goes back to them and Freddy, something isn’t right with them and Freddy in a musical sense.

I'm no fan of Adam Lambert so I'm not from his appreciation fan club however the question about either Adam touring with Queen or Marc, then the choice has to be Adam. Yes Marc does have similar vocals to our dear Freddie but he lacks oomph/flamboyant where unbelievable Adam does have, and of course one of Freddie's wishes was never make him boring. The other thing about Marc if he had taken the role instead of Adam, then Queen would have become a tribute band of itself. I've been a fan of Queen since day one 1971 ( what I class a day one with John Deacon in the line-up) technically they started in 1970 but with the line-up everyone knows its 1971, I've also been a member of the fan club since it started in 73.

It sure would not hurt to let Marc tour with Queen just once.

Marc’s volcals can step in for Freddie but sadly, Adam replaces Freddie’s stage presents. Marc should be the only voice to represent Freddie.

If only they release another queen album with marc martel, it would be a queen resurrection like what the journey did when they get arnel pineda.

If Brian could not sing, I'd understand it. But he is a great singer, Roger not too bad himself, why not take over the vocals themselves? There would be no complaints since they are Queen, and they did sing on Queen albums in the past.

Brian is a very envious person who has been in the shadow of Freddie's fame for a long time. All the way with Freddie, he was hurt that he was given little attention. He will never agree to repeat this again, he has a huge trauma. Let him live on in his comfortable darkness. Marс does not need him.
