ОтветитьVery well said! Potatoes and sweet potatoes r less mucus forming than bread, rice and pastas in my experience but i very rarely will eat the potatoes because its a slippery slope and they also dont make me feel my best.

100 agree. Tested personally. I wouldn't fail to be a vegan because being vegan isn't about food for me. But I would fail my body to feel it's best
Ответитьidk the vegan diet is already boring as it is raw veganism Is like starving yourself yeh u feel betting because ur fasting after awhile u crave meat fish cooked veggies don't know to many successful raw vegans most go back to cooked foods and meats

ОтветитьPotatoes are awful. They make me more inflamed than anything else. Sweet potatoes are much better, but they are too expensive and the taste is meh.
