I headed to Klong Toei Market in Bangkok to grab these special ingredients from Sisaket Province. With friends from Austria, Brazil, and the Philippines, this turned into an unforgettable experience filled with laughter and surprises.

We had no idea how to cook them properly, so the taste wasn’t great, but it was all about the fun and trying something new. Grilled rats are a delicacy in the Thai countryside and are known to be quite delicious when cooked right. Unfortunately, our skills didn’t quite match up this time!
