Great banana bread from a retired guy just getting into baking. I used turbinado sugar and it had a deep, rich flavour. One thing though, used a normal baking loaf tin. My bread came out about an inch and a half thick. :):):):):)

I tried this today. Didn't raise so it looked like biscuits but was very delicious
