ОтветитьGive 10 min to this exercise ,close ur kitchen around 6pm and have breakfast around 11am ,drink ginger tea in morning then have yogurt or two boiled egg then salad or any seasonal fruit and have dinner at 6pm ..u would loss enough weight in a few days ,for sure
