Just got into making candies myself and cant seem to figure out the right formula to make a good hard candy. I start with sugar and water mix and heat to a hard crack but every time its done the candy just seems to want to stick to the teeth making it impossible to eat really. Would love to learn what I am doing wrong.

Its about time someone made them again! I was getting tired having to wait months for my cousin to bring some whenever he was shipped out.

I can vouch for the look of the tangerine sour because I was a huge fan of them I always had a tin on me and the shape is a peeled tangerine and or oranges but minus the skin.

I need to go to this place.

My Grandfather loved altoids, including tangerine sours (he's fine, just diabetic now), and talking about jelly belly tumbling made me fondly remember touring their factory in Fairfield, CA on the way to see him and my other grandparents.

As a kid when I was like 18 I remember buying A certain brand Tangerine sours in a tin can. They were the best tasting candy I ever had. Along with Bonkers , these are the 2 candies I wish would come back. Thanks to Greg I got to have Tangerine Sours again ! They were as close as they could get to the original without it being so. Please keep them as a permanent thing I don’t know if I could go on in life if I lost these sour candies again! I’m waiting for you to reload so I can buy a bunch of the big bags!
