When you say deer and rabbit resistant, does that mean gopher resistant, too?

We have four of these planted in our NC Sandhills garden. Will be 3 years this January. Along a north side path. Have done very well. Deer and rabbits have totally passed them by. The only thing is that they don't bloom much. Not sure why?? Plant Tone late winter. Not pruned. Any ideas? Very healthy green color and full.

I have wanted to add this plant to my native viburnum collection but I have not seen it anywhere- even when I have gone south to Virginia.
