Shalom All Praises Precept Upon Precept. I Love your show I learn a lot from the Brothers here… I just have one request, Capt. Shem can you please talk into the mic at all times? You have some great water and I want to drink but I can’t hear you😞 especially when you look down to find stuff or anytime your not directly looking at the camera. Then I have to turn my tv up and then turn it back down when other moderators speak. The reader sounds like he’s screaming when he’s reading for you because you’re talking and looking at what he’s reading and it can do your show a dis-service. Only saying something because I love the show and I want to soak up all the knowledge I can. MHNCBYA

Also thank you Captin Shem for the Big Black Beatdowns as it as helped me lose over 20lbs and I am still going. I eat one meal a day and I walk / exercise everyday except on the Sabbath and I feel much better in my body because of it! I'm working hard to get my lord on board with me by letting me light shine and not being pushy but by letting him see how I now eat and what I will not eat and the fact that my energy levels are through the roof now as I drink a half a cup of aloe vera gel with chia seeds and a high powered gut cleansing tea I make with paprika black pepper rosemary thyme orageno flaxseed gel fenugreek lemon juice pineapple juice Citrus and fresh ginger this helps burn belly fat and improves health all the way around.
