ОтветитьAwesome 🤘🏼
ОтветитьThese guys are hard working you can tell
ОтветитьLet's goooo 💪
ОтветитьIf you can make it in the moving business you can make it in any business
ОтветитьI'm an owner-operator of a small moving company in TN and i to have a business partner just like you all. We have very similar humble beginnings. We are young hungry and top-notch movers. We are Gifted Hands Moving and we would love to collaborate with you guys in any way we can.
ОтветитьI’m my own home mover LLC OWNER AS WELL JUST NEED TO GET MY OWN TRUCK UHAUL DEFINITELY KILLS ME BUT SEEING YOUR GUYS HR RATE DEFINITELY ENCOURAGES ME TO UP MY HR RATE THAT I CHARGE SO THANK YOU FOR THAT AND AS WELL AS PUTTING OUT YARD SIGHS!!!!!!!
ОтветитьWell done Short Kings. Keep up the hard work.
ОтветитьMovers should really look at trailers vs typical moving truck. A nice 26 foot car hauler with 7’6” min interior will cost you $8-12k and pickup can be used as your daily driver as well, u-Haul type truck is 2-3 feet off ground, good wide walk board is needed, and the truck is only good for moving, not daily driver. A car hauler type trailer has a built in ramp (rear door) usually 12” off ground, so you have 7 feet of ramp to go up 12”. Much less wear & tear on your legs. Moving trucks are a thing of the past if you really use your head. Have good customer service & low claims, you can be very successful,

ОтветитьThe best advertisement for any young upstart moving company is word of mouth. If you always do a good job clients will tell others.
ОтветитьHow would you door knock a home that you don’t know if they want to move or not? Isn’t what you’re saying that someone calls you, then you go visit them for a quote?
ОтветитьWish you young guys all the best. I started moving in 1995 with North American Van Lines then went over to United and then Atlas. Done over 2 million miles continental US and Canada. I moved a lot of Celebrities as well. In 2007 I started a moving business in Florida. I had 8 trucks at the time. Insurance is going to be your biggest obstacle to growth as it’s getting more and more expensive each year. I also wrote my own tariff and came up with my own formulas to calculate moves. My advice is focus on your website. Rank locally. That is what will drive growth. The large moving companies are so massive that you cannot compete, however you can give them a run for their money and take their market share with a good website and on social media. The big company websites are not very good. They are boring and hard to navigate. Finally if you can code a way to give accurate estimates online, that will be a very valuable tool as we all know how estimates are done in this industry. (On site High Pressure Sales People). A customer cannot do a 3 hour estimate more than twice, so if this can be done virtually you will see high ticket moves. Finally employees . Try hiring the best. I am proud of you guys. I wish you all the best.

ОтветитьThe taller short king came down the ramp with carrying the equipment that has wheels built in. I suggest you find ways of being efficient.
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьThese guys worked for two men and a truck. I worked there for two years and the way they operate their company is identical. Truck set up, estimates, two hour mini, the wrapping, the pads, literally copy and paste🤣
ОтветитьYou guys are amazing. Can I work with you guys?
ОтветитьWhat size truck are you using?
ОтветитьAs far as business insurance how do you go about that
