I don't like the stickers either, I can't get them to stick. But I do use my stickers to arrange my images onto my projects and I know what will fit and how it will look.
ОтветитьAwesome tip thanks Dawn! I also have problems with Stampin' Up! cling stamps as well as old stamps which have lost the ability to cling to the acrylic block. So THANK YOU :)
ОтветитьWonderful tip, Dawn. Thank you so much for sharing! Scrappy Hugs,Bridget
ОтветитьOh my gosh, Dawn, you are psychic! I have been so frustrated this week with wanting the image stickers on the back of my stamps, but the stamps falling off the clear block. I tried cleaning the block with my eyeglass cleaner and cloth, and still, so frustrating. THANK YOU SO MUCH for telling me (us) about the 2-Way glue pen. I would have NEVER figured that out on my own. You ROCK!! :) Janis
ОтветитьThank you Dawn! What a fab idea!
ОтветитьThanks for the tip! I do think Stampin' Up! needs to reformulate their stickers so they stick better so we don't have to come up with a way to MacGyver the sticker and stamp into adhering to the block.
ОтветитьWhat a great idea. I never thought of the two way glue pen. I was doing the same thing, but with the Tombow Mono Multi. I think I would like the glue pen better.
ОтветитьWhat a great tip! Do you have to wash it off after each use, or do you just leave the dried glue on there? Do you have to reapply it after a few times?
ОтветитьThat is awesome! Thank you.
ОтветитьTFS! :)
ОтветитьGREAT tip! Thanks Dawn Brenda
ОтветитьI have also used the stencil mount for this.
ОтветитьGreat tip. Shame that stampin up didn't make the stickers more clingy in the beginning though. Just saying
Ответитьthank you! Dawn, I've always wanted to use the stamp clings included with the stamps but hated that they didn't stick. This looks like a inexpensive easy solution. Yay! Maybe Stampin Up should do something about that though in the future so we don't have to do this fix....
ОтветитьThat is just in time b/c i just got my first stamps from Stampin Up and was wondering what to do. I was pealing the sticker off and then putting it back on. What a pian. I am going to try my Stick and Stay like I use for my Cricut Mats. Just lay them all out on a cookie sheet with Waxpaper unter them and spray them all at one time! Thaks for the great idea! You are the bomb!
ОтветитьI can't wait for SU to start getting in more of the clear polymer stamps. Those things REALLY stick to your acrylic block! But thanks for this tip; cling stamps always frustrated me for that very reason.
Ответитьim glad that im not the only one that dont like using the image sticker for that reason
ОтветитьTfs...:-)
ОтветитьThanks Dawn!!
ОтветитьAwesome! Just wondering how long the glue will last?
ОтветитьGreat tip!
ОтветитьLove it, it gets so darn frustrating when the stamp won't stick to the block. Will have to try this.
ОтветитьI just discovered you this morning and let me just say.....YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!
ОтветитьYou left out that when the glue is blue it is a permenant stick if you let the glue "air dry" as you say in video to a white or transparent look it becomes temporary or like a "post-it note"
ОтветитьThat's a great idea! Just wondering though that once you put the stamp back in the case will it stick to the case permanently? As well is it reusable like this or do you have to reglue it every few times? Love your videos!!
ОтветитьDoes somebody want to tell me the precise meaning of "dawn" in scrapbooking please? thank you so much!
Ответитьit's her name
ОтветитьLove this time!! Thanks Dawn!!
ОтветитьThanks for a great tip!!!!
ОтветитьGot a couple of stamps that don't stick, what a simple and brilliant idea to make them stick again, thank you so much for this simple and very cheap idea !!!!! Makes my day !
