What do I do if I don't have an app data folder?

Hi, I have encounter a problem.
What if i accidentaly deleted the app in my emulator? I try recreate new file in the visual studio code but ithe app still wont show up.

the problems as shown in the project structure of andriod studio as per below:
1)Module test_parkingapp_android: invalid item 'Flutter for Android' in the dependencies list
2)Module test_parkingapp: invalid item 'Flutter Plugins' in the dependencies list


Sorry I am quite new in programming :( actually not my field, just wanna learn smtg new and often get into troubles haha.

As part of the announcement of Flutter 2.10 windows development full support was announced. So in addition to installing flutter you need to download and install Visual Studio 2019. Make sure you select Desktop development with C++” workload. After make sure to run "flutter doctor -v" to make sure everything is ok.
