The eastern hog nose actually has rear facing fangs in the back of their mouth. It is venomous. It's venom isn't very strong though. It will also flare up like a cobra. It will play dead also. Very interesting snake for sure!

I will say I have read where police intentionally abuse or lose body cam video when they needed to. Even though this chick is clearly in the wrong, don’t just trust the police, record for your safety.

It is so sad that no one is really allowed to keep any snakes (not local or foreign) as pet in my country. I'd love to have one of those.
Some people keep local snakes but it has happened where a guy was forced to kill his pet dwarf python himself infront of officers when he was caught out. The officer then posted herself as hero on social media. Dwarf pythons are protected in our country. He could have just released it.😢
