I thought this place was good, and I’m used to paying high prices, but it was a little much for the quality of food. Was a solid 7/10 but I wasn’t blown away by it

Hopefully the lomo is made with top grade wagyu beef and potatoes flown in from Spain with a saffron aioli. Other than that who would pay $100 for that small portion of food?

Lomo saltado for $100? And that doesn’t even look like an actual lomo saltado (with guac?!!!! And what’s that yellow sauce? Unless they added huancaina, which doesn’t originally go there). That said, you can find “top restaurants in the world” quality lomo saltado in Peru’s restaurants that have ranked among the top 15 globally for much less.

You have to go to Peru and try some of the top restaurants there!
