From the moment I saw Marie counting 27 almonds I knew she had orthorexia. Why was she allowed to come on this programme. Disgusting

As someone who went through it, Marie is 100% orthorexic. The half banana because of the sugar, the certain number of almonds, etc. she doesn’t need a caloric surplus or diet, she needs to be thighs food freedom, and eating disorder focused therapy

As an American watcher, I’m so curious about these “cheese and mayo sandwiches” or just cheese sandwiches in general. The cheese isn’t melted or anything on any episode. No lettuce or tomato…etc
