Thank you for visting my country. I am so happy someone know what we are going thru. I used to live tere but because of the war, we moved away. It was hard to leave my cousins and friends.

I am heartbroken to see the pain, the oppression, the harassment, the loss of our loved ones, the innocent arrests. I want to tell the majority of Burmese people who are ruling and benefiting from this that we, the minority that you call separatists, are actually just protecting our children from rape, from burning down our homes, from being driven out by the Burmese military.

I don't think that it is civil war.
It is more and more prominent that it is real proxy war by neocolonialists.

I am from Myanmar. Where I live it is not very dangerous 😅 . But some areas in the country it is in civil war 😢

Im myanmar and i will say yangon has like 90% safety of this war because sometime military does do some things here but is safe tho don't go aside when 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Plenty of well-filmed stuff here, but please note that Yangon is not Myanmar, which is in the throes of a Revolution. You don't seem to have seen much of the 'civil war' you claim to have 'survived'. Come back when you can meet the warmest and most welcoming people in South East Asia across the whole country.

The military has always been not good, but in 2020, what the military announced was true. However, the followers of an extremist party became terrorists. That is why our country is facing terrible killings. This was exploited by those who wanted to get American support.

Myanmar just needs to break up already. All this tourist stuff is just a façade. It’s a failed state and always has been since gaining independence. More bombs have been dropped in Myanmar recently than in Ukraine. That is something you would see on tourist travel there.

"survive" is a bit extreme. Mostly westerners and vloggers hav been using myanmar kinda like clickbait. These vids do help raise awareness but the ones that are in actual danger are the citizens. Not the privileged whites visting.
