I am a Bangladeshi lived in Nigeria from 74 to 86 in Calabar southern Nigeria.Jellof rice was one of my daughter favourite dish along with other Nigerian dish.I first tasted it in a party at one of my friend house since then we are hooked to this dish. I have cooked it few times at my house.
