The Tollund Man was an Iron Age man discovered in a Danish bog in 1950, perfectly preserved due to the bog’s conditions. He was found with a noose around his neck, initially suggesting hanging or strangulation, but there are no signs of struggle or broken bones, leading to theories of ritual sacrifice rather than murder. Homicide detective Rod Demery and Professor Turi King investigate the suspicious death using new methods to see if they can figure out what really killed the Iron Age Swede.
