It was only after BL & RR sent that sham "confession" statement Aug 12 2023 demanding for them to sign that they were 100 % personally to blame for the negative backlash of the Red Carpet Premier-which was when BL & RR were in total control-the texts show they finally realized they were being framed & hired the crisis management.

I didn't think ever looked "uncomfortable" in a bad way, she looked like she was uncomfortable in a way of "not getting her way with her trying to direct in that scene and Justin shut her down and didn't just given into what she thought the scene should look like or where they should stand or where the light should be seen or unseen in the background.

I think the inclusion of the unflattering texts was a smart strategic move on her part to damage credibility and create infighting on the Wayfarer side, but I don’t disagree that you can’t really do that without looking like a vindictive bully yourself. Admittedly, I don’t have the same level of trust in Abel/Nathan’s character as I do in Justin’s (and PR in general seems sketch) but I can’t wait for context because Jones’ reputation proceeds her.

The whole narrative being put forth in the media (& through Blake's PR campaign) is based on her foundational allegation of SH being true. It seems clear to me that her greater concern (which is made evident by her complaint and the way she has been conducting herself ever since that SH claim became public) is her next level allegation of *retaliation*. I think it's pretty clear to all of us who are paying attention to this case (& looking at the court filings) that her main concern is **her public image**. So, I prefer to keep my focus off of her (and what appearances & statements she's making) and direct most of my attention on the timeline put forth in the filings by Brian Freedman and the allegations being made by Justin (& the other Wayfarer parties) and speak about that.

**Reframe the public narrative**: It's not Lively v Baldoni -- it's the other way around. Position Baldoni on offense. All the while staying true to his character & intentions by not being malicious in that endeavor. But rather simply being forthright and telling his side of the story without maligning anyone personally. Let the actions speak for themselves. That's what I'm aiming to do.

I think the reason she looked ‘uncomfortable’ is because she knew Ryan would be watching the dailies and would flip out over every little thing, such as any kissing, whether improvised or not. Considering Ryan improvises everything in his movies, it’s quite hypocritical. I believe Ryan is controlling everything. Let’s see if she remembers the ‘script’ come deposition and trial time.

The thing is...there are two lawsuits taking place between Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni. In one lawsuit Blake is the Plaintiff and Justin is the Defendant. She made allegations and he answered those allegations. In the other lawsuit Justin is the Plaintiff and Blake is the Defendant. He made allegations but instead of Blake answering those allegations, she just filed a motion to dismiss herself from his case. And because the Judge hasn't ruled on that motion yet, she hasn't had to answer any of those allegations, which I think is a large part of the problem re: the optics of these two cases. She's only being presented & seen as a Plaintiff. She's never being presented or seen as the Defendant -- at all.
